Delete your WalkieDoggie account

Account deletion permanently closes your account and removes account data associated with it, including:

• Account profile and dog profiles.
• Walks, GPS routes, explored-map history, route marks, and statistics.
• Photos, memories, map snapshots, and uploaded profile images.
• Friends, acquaintances, requests, contacts, likes, and shared content.
• Collections, badges, stickers, marker frames, and Bone Note balance.

Delete selected data but keep your account

Use this request when you want to keep signing in but remove particular categories of stored data.

What happens next

1. Your email app opens with a prepared request addressed to WalkieDoggie.
2. We verify that you control the affected account. We will never ask for your password.
3. We confirm the deletion scope and normally complete a valid request within 30 days.
4. You receive confirmation when processing is complete.
